My name is Alison.

I am an Occupational Therapy student at Saint Louis University. I am a daughter, sister, friend, girlfriend, follower of Christ, Disney fanatic, NICU loving girl and so much more. I’m a quiet girl until you get to know me and I have a lot more to say than you’d think.

My posts are about my life in general- the highs, the lows, the mistakes, the successes. Most of my posts relate to my faith, as I’ve found that to be the most fulfilling. They’re also about my journey through life – my journey to gain wisdom. Wisdom meaning the quality of having experience, knowledge, and good judgment, but also wisdom from the Lord.

In the future, I hope to write about my experiences, both good and bad. I also hope to write about what I’ve learned along the way and how it affects me now and into my future.

My goal for this is to continue to write throughout the rest of my college experience and beyond.

Posts will probably be sporadic, as they’ll align with the ebb and flow of life. Plus, maybe I’ll share some wisdom along the way.

  1. Thank you for your post by Sen. Warren and the artwork by Justin Teodoro. Both are deeply touching, as is your impulse to share their message of kindness and compassion. May the children and their parents be reunited. A-L-L of them. May we find the strength as a nation to continue to stand up for them and support them in their healing as long as they need us. May justice also be served on the cruel forces that have temporarily stolen power in the Executive Branch and Congress; and may we restore our nation to our best vision of who we are as a democratic republic.
